At its latest-stage asset, the firm continues to advance the recognized potential for development of bulk-tonnage, polymetallic deposits.

Stillwater West PGE-Ni-Cu Project - 2019 Drilling

Group Ten Metals Inc. (PGE:TSX.V; PGEZF:OTCQB; 5D32:FSE) announced in a news release the latest exploration news regarding three of its projects.

As for Stillwater West, its platinum group elements-nickel-copper (PGE-Ni-Cu) project in Montana, the "company's 2019 exploration campaign at Stillwater West has been designed to confirm the potential for bulk tonnage 'Platreef-style' deposits at priority target areas across the 25-kilometer-wide property," and Group Ten has been drill testing the most advanced, priority target areas: Iron Mountain, the Camp zone and Chrome Mountain.

In the Iron Mountain area, three holes drilled in the HGR target demonstrated areas of "strongly disseminated to net textured to massive sulphides," the release noted. Results are currently being logged and sampled, and assays are pending.

In the Camp zone, the first hole drilled intercepted areas of mineralization similar to that encountered at the HGR target.

Regarding Chrome Mountain, the third most advanced project area, exploration work also is in progress there.

In addition to the most advanced, priority target areas at Stillwater West, Group Ten is giving attention to some of the less advanced ones, too. They include the highly prospective western end of the lower Stillwater complex and the Picket Pin PGE reef-type deposit.

"Results to date at the Stillwater West project demonstrate a similar geologic setting in the lower Stillwater complex with the scale to potentially host multiple 'Platreef-style' deposits," President and CEO Michael Rowley said in the release, referring to the Mogalakwen, Platreef and Waterberg projects.

Regarding Group Ten's Kluane PGE-Ni-Cu project in the Yukon, ground-based geology and geochemical soil sampling programs are underway. A modest 2019 exploration program has been planned for Kluane and for the company's Black Lake-Drayton gold project in Ontario. Additionally, "we are continuing discussions with potential partners on these assets," Director Greg Johnson said in the release.
